We divide the design into several stages:
1. Creating project assumptions, consistent with the Investor's needs, the purpose of the object and development plans
2. Development of the project, along with technological consulting, including cost optimization at the construction and operation stage, with simultaneous support of legal and formal activities required to obtain a building permit
3. Preparation of the detailed design in close cooperation with the Investor
4. Supervision of the timely implementation of construction and development of as-built documentation At each stage we are at your disposal, and full cooperation, positive relations with the Investor and a good atmosphere during implementation are an important element of the success of the whole joint project.
